will be vested in the Board of Directors, which shall consist of the elected Officers, the appointed Directors, and the Immediate Past President. Changes to existing By-Laws shall be subject to the approval of the Board of Directors and then presented to the membership for approval by a vote.

Section II:

Regular meetings of the Board of Directors shall be held each month from January through May and August through November.

Section III:

All Special Committee Chairpersons shall be appointed from the floor during a regular meeting if necessary. Any new member of less than one year should be supported by a member of longer standing as Co-Chairperson, as new members are not familiar enough with the membership and organization. The Board of Directors shall not spend over $500.00 for any particular item unless directed to do so by a majority vote of members present at any regular meeting and said expense will be reported at the next scheduled general membership meeting.

A Special Board Meeting may be called by the President or any three (3) members of the Board of Directors.

Section VI:

Any three Officers and two appointed Directors shall constitute a quorum at any meeting of the Board of Directors.
