Having seen 1st hand the devastating effects of diabetes as I’ve travelled to many destinations educating both the poorest and richest people on Natural Health in our global village... it’s no wonder there are constantly so many enquiries from those looking to take back control of their lives. Hopefully many will be encouraged to understand there is genuine hope for a breakthrough to far better days ahead. Type2 DIABETES - Natural Answers to the Modern day Epidemic Enjoying life is all about balance, especially when it’s about your health. The 21st century promised to deliver better quality of life for all - in reality only a relatively small percentage actually enjoys vibrant & sustainable health in the developed world. Despite the many technological advancements & medical breakthroughs to date, optimal health & well- being is for most sadly not attainable. Prevention is always better than cure as the old saying goes, and so we need to ask ourselves the question... Why is it so? Type 2 Diabetes, now a common disease of epidemic proportions, graphically illustrates the modern paradoxical dilemma of self-inflicted demise in general health - this scenario basically resulting from nutritional ignorance & gross over-indulgence. The fact is, though we have access to more information than ever before, most people still don’t know or care enough to take control of their own health in order to break the vicious cycle that binds so many. Without a natural strategy to maintain & enhance general well-being, a pharmaceutical alternative will eventually be implemented - whether voluntarily or not. This in effect simply masks the real issues, leading to more band-aid drugs & corresponding negative side-effects. Rather than eating correctly, exercising moderately & working to find a natural balance, the majority of the world relies on the false security provided by drug companies & the lies spun by makers of processed & fake foods – some specifically targeting diabetics! Following the deceptive techniques & guidance of the clever marketers of sugar & fat-laden sweets, drinks & junk food, this imbalance leads to type2 diabetes - when the body cannot make or properly use insulin.

In many cases, this roller-coaster existence leads to depression. No amount of positive thinking will help those trapped in this position to rally – it’s all down to getting the right advice & taking common sense steps to ensure survival for a better quality of life. Of course, the majority of diabetics opt for a pharmaceutical strategy which inevitably leads to additional complications & ensuing side-effects – tragically ending in a nursing home situation where one’s most precious independence is lost.
