IT'S SO MUCH MORE THAN STORAGE
A s our storage centres grow, so does our non-storage portfolio. I came on board in July 2022 to manage this portfolio. Prior to that, the role was handled largely by various members of the Finance and Accounts Team together with the Property Development Team. We are landlord to more than 50 commercial and retail tenants. There is our existing Penrith fast food site in NSW with Starbucks, Oporto, Zambrero, Asuka Sushi, Manoosh Pizzeria and Brothers Burger.

Not to mention our other twenty mobile phone tower sites plus three more in planning, and our plans for up to 30 digital advertising signs and various small businesses throughout the property portfolio. It is exciting times ahead as our foray into being a large scale commercial landlord gains momentum.
