KSS July eKourier 2023

HISTORY

BACKTRACKS Backtracking to the 'Kennards Kourier' in June - July 1995. KSS connected to the web! Paying $25 per month, giving five free hours each month, after that $8 per hour local or international. "The cost of using email is not only cheaper than faxing, it also produces a much better result. One thing we will certainly use is electronic mail or email. When Nev connects to the net, THQ will be able to send messages and even chat via our computers," Sam Kennard says. The email address would be kennards@enternet.com.au The goal for Christmas 1995 was to reach 4,444 customers, which was surpassed and a new target of 5,000 was set. Team Members received a $100 bonus for reaching the target of 4,444 and another $100 bonus set to reach 5,000! The Tech Team had two more centres computerised; Campbelltown and Guildford, with Newcastle, Sandgate and Belmont next in line. Thoughts for the week were, Don't make excuses make good and, It's nice to be important but it's important to be nice. Homebush and Hornsby centres were expected to open in October.

"If you’re not stubborn, you’ll give up on experiments too soon. And if you’re not flexible, you’ll pound your head against the wall and you won’t see a different solution to a problem you’re trying to solve." Jeff Bezoz
