Tell us about your career background: I have worked in retail all my working life. I spent 11 years working for Aldi food stores, opening and extending stores as the business grew. I then went on to Coles Liquor where I helped streamline their processes while leading multiple teams. What do you enjoy doing when not at KSS? (Hobbies/ Interests)? I love the beach and being outdoors, catching up with family and friends and cooking. If I get any spare time I love to do resin work, I find it incredibly relaxing. What are you reading now? I’m not a big reader so all my books are cookbooks. I love food and cooking new things. What are you watching now? The Following. What favourite foods or restaurant would you recommend? l I am trying to eat less animal products so tried a new place called You Come Again in West End. I ate most of the menu and would highly recommend. Where did you grow up and what was it like? I grew up on the Southside of Brisbane and went to school in Springwood. Favourite hangout people when not at work? When not with my children I spend as much time as I can with my partner Chris, he is my rock. I love to catch up with friends, in particular Kahra, who makes me laugh like no one else. Favourite holiday destination or interesting place you’ve been to? Bali would be my favourite place so far. I loved the people, the food, and its beauty. Can’t beat the value too.

Tell us about your career background: My first job was with Target for about Two years. I then worked in the promotional products department for Corporate Express for a couple of years before I was given a chance to work for KSS. What do you enjoy doing when not at KSS? (Hobbies/ Interests)? Nature, exercise and time with family and friends. What are you reading now? I like to read books based on a true story. I have read 3096 days, I survived and The Bad Room. What are you watching now? Manifest, Firefly Lane and Ginny & Georgia. What favourite foods or restaurant would you recommend? L’uccellino. Anything Italian! Where did you grow up and what was it like? I was born in Bosnia, but sadly because of the war, we had to flee and leave everything behind. I spent close to a year living in the war. We ended up in Germany, where we lived for the next five years waiting for the war to finish so we could go back home. Due to the damage from the war, our country was not suitable for living for a while, so we decided to move to Australia and start a new life. We have been here since 2000. Favourite hangout people when not at work? My Family. I have two kids, aged six years and twelve years. Favourite holiday destination or interesting place you’ve been to? Europe. Hawaii is also on my Bucket List with a few other destinations.
