Macquarie Park Taking Shape

Macquarie Park - Progressing well Work is progressing well with the fitout 75% complete. THQ interior design is now complete and will kick off during January after the roof is completed. Mt Eden - Basement fitout to go ahead Steady rent up has activated the fitout of their basement, this will be the final stage of developing this property. Warrawong - DA lodged DA is now lodged and we will look at starting construction. Chatswood - May completion CIC have won the contract and are due to handover May 2014. Maroochydore and Kunda Park - Office refurbishments These newly acquired centres will receive refurbished retail offices and we will also look at the expansion possibilities of each of these centres.

Browns Plains

Pymble - Demolition commenced Stage 1 DA is now lodged with Council. Demolition and strip out has commenced Wollongong - Expansion underway Stage 2 units are underway by GWH and we are bringing forward the Stage 3 design to complete the development of this property.
