TRAINING Team Response Gives Training a Positive Rap

The Personal Effective- ness Programme (PEP) is a two day course that KSS run. It was well received by the 14 Team Members who participated in the last Programme. S ince our last Kourier appear- ance plenty has happened in training, delivering Skillbuider, travelling with 14 Team Members to the Hunter Valley for Personal Effectiveness Programme (PEP) and rolling out NET Training which included an extra day on High Performance Selling to New Team Members. Skillbuilder is always rewarding, it is such a great opportunity to meet Team Members and discuss anything from Storman updates and changes to the way we operate and also maintain that focus on customer service. Person- ally I learn plenty from the feedback from the Teams, this helps my personal development, thank you to all those that attended and provided feedback. Eight New Team Members recently attended NET Training at THQ. We have added an extra day to NET Training with the focus being High Performance Selling. This is where we look at the expected standards of service and sales techniques.
