Full Steam Ahead For New Centres and Expansions

customers already moving in. Warrawong - Works on hold

Tendering has been paused whilst we deal with a potential gas issue that the environmental consultant has flagged. Mittagong - Now open! (Pictured right) Work is progressing well with 95% of the project complete. Macquarie Park - Council approved and ready to Tender This project is a new five storey self storage building at the rear of the property, we have Council approval and have just started tendering. Klemzig - Completion in July 2015 Storco have made fantastic progress with the floors, roof external walls and 50% of the internal fit out completed already. We expect to be completed July 2015. Kunda Park - Refurbish and expand Bridgmond projects have won this tender to refurbish and expand the existing self storage area, with on site works due to start in July. Maroochydore - Two storey extension and new office Total Construction have won this project which involves a new two storey extension at the front and will also include a completely new office. Petersham & Waterloo - Tenders in July Finalising the unit mix and looking to go to tender in July. Abbotsford - Total Construction win Tender Total Construction has won the tender to build a new single storey building and also a two storey infill building inside the existing courtyard.

Hawthorn - DA with Council Council are still assessing the DA. In the meantime we are proceeding with internal demolition quotes and working out what we build in Stage one. Seaford Meadows - DA lodged DA lodged for this new project which will recycle two warehouses plus land at the rear for future expansion. Murarrie - Design in final stage This is a new project which will have a five storey self storage building. We are just finalising the design to have it to Council this month. St Marys - New Managed site This is a new Managed centre, owned by the Baudinets. KSS already manage Cardiff and Mayfield for them.
