PROPERTY PLANS SET IN CONCRETE

Southport QLD : All floor slabs including the roof is complete with internal fit out underway.

Klemzig SA : Project is now complete and starting to rent up.

Guildford NSW : Site is now cleared with below ground services and piering underway.

Baringa QLD : Structural framing almost complete and roofing and wall cladding commencing soon.

Wairau Valley NZ: Work has recommenced after the Covid-19 shutdown, with a new opening date of February 2020. The 3rd floor is almost ready to pour concrete.
