Left: Bob Gay, Sydney Casual currently Assistant Manager at Parramatta, recently completed the 70.3 Ironman World Championships at Lake Las Vegas Nevada. The triathlon is a Half Ironman distance - 1.9km Swim, 90km Bike and 21km Run. Well done Bob!
