How long have you been using your X’TOWER ® ? We’ve been using this PPE distributor for just under six months; and so far we’re completely satisfied. Which functionalities couldn’t you do without now? I’d say, first of all, filling. Both on a unit or advanced basis, it’s a very fast process. Regarding the machines we had in the past, this was much more cumbersome to implement. We received an email twice a week giving the list of products consumed. Without this list we couldn’t feed the distributor. And we had to fill it up with all the consumables. With the X’TOWER ® , filling is simpler, faster and much more flexible, if I only have five pieces of PPE available, I can feed the distributor with those five items. This is a genuine plus offering real time savings. It means I may spend five minutes on the machine each morning, instead of 45 minutes twice a week with the old system. In terms of organisation, the X’TOWER has given us a great degree of flexibility. How did the installation and learning process go with the SAM’URAÏ ® ? For your teams in particular? And what about feedback? Very good, the installation of the X’TOWER ® went very well thanks to the support provided by our SAM sales technician. The installation of the machine was very well received by the teams, they very quickly realised that this new organisation would allow them to work more productively and efficiently. The machine’s software is fast and intuitive. It’s a real advantage for us, it allows us to shorten the time required to train the staff. They mastered the main functionalities right from the first time they used it. Why did you call on SAM Outillage for this equipment? This was a project initiated by our management.
