If you are not completely satisfied after receiving a delivery, for whatever reason, we will be happy to solve this for you. We have drawn up a number of rules, so that you know exactly where you stand.

Delivery Orders are shipped every day, except on weekends and national holidays, when Rodac is closed. You can use our express deliveries for urgent deliveries. These shipments are delivered on working days within 24 hours after ordering. If the order is received before 12 noon and the goods are in stock, the order will be shipped the same working day.

Transport damage In case of visible damage to the packaging of a shipment, caused by the transporter, there is transport damage. You must indicate this upon receipt with annotation on the waybill before signing it for approval. Is there something missing from the shipment? We can only process the report if it is passed on within 5 working days of the invoice date, with a copy of the consignment note with annotation. Wrong item ordered You may have accidentally ordered the wrong item. Please contact our office for a return voucher. You can then return the item to us at your own expense with this form. Upon receipt of the goods – if unused, undamaged and in original packaging – we will send you a credit note on which we charge a 20% restocking fee. Returns in general RODAC International BV can only take back unused, undamaged goods that you purchased less than 1 year ago, that are still in the current range and are in the original packaging. We charge 20% restocking costs for pneumatic tools and 30% restocking costs for equipment for this service. In addition, you must place a compensation order, for at least 1.5 times the value of the products to be returned. RODAC International BV only processes returns during the first 3 trimesters of the term. Other returns will then be processed in the first trimester of the following year. Do you want to return something? Please first contact our office for a return form. Item not in accordance with specification Are you not satisfied with an item because it deviates from the specified specifications? When it comes to the dimensions, the costs for return shipment are for our account. For the other specifications you can return the item at your own expense.
