RODAC International BV only processes returns during the first 3 trimesters of the term. Other returns will then be processed in the first trimester of the following year. Item not in accordance with specification Are you not satisfied with an item because it deviates from the specified specifications? When it comes to the dimensions, the costs for return shipment are for our account. For the other specifications you can return the item at your own expense. Repair and warranty requests RODAC International BV offers a 2-year warranty on production and material defects, not on wear and tear of the parts. Revisions are not covered by warranty, this is normal maintenance and can also be carried out by us. The warranty expires if you have tried to repair the item yourself, or if the product has been demonstrably misused.
