SPRING FOREST QIGONG Please join us for our Spring Forest Qigong Group Practice! During this one hour of practice, we will incorporate gentle healing movements, energy breathing, and guided meditation to assist us in moving and balancing our energy (Qi) for improved health of body, mind, and spirit. Studies have shown Qigong can be effective in improving symptoms of chronic pain, and emotional conditions, such as depression. Spring Forest Qigong consists of extremely gentle movements which can be modified for any physical capability, and any age!

A Matter of Balance is designed to reduce the fear of falling, stop the fear of falling cycle, and improve activity levels among older adults.
