ENCLOSURE HEATERS
TEMPERATURE & PROCESS CONTROLLERS
Electronics enclosures/cabinets and security/surveillance systems that are located in cold environments or outdoors are at substantial risk for accumulating condensation, which can damage critical electronic components or even compromise the quality of data systems. Chromalox provides standard enclosure heaters that are available for immediate delivery, as well as developing custom designs for challenging applications.
From single- to 32-loop microprocessor-based PID temperature, over-temperature and process controllers to multiple channel temperature monitors and electronic chart recorders, Chromalox offers precisely the required level of simplicity or sophistication to properly and smartly manage your thermal processes. Most models offer heating and/or cooling control modes, intuitive device programming, full process alarms, remote monitoring via digital communications, efficient configuration software programs, and many are suitable for NEMA 4 or 4X environments and provide IP 65 or 66 protection.

FLEXIBLE HEATERS
Chromalox provides dedicated engineering support to customize our flexible heaters per your requirements. Most sizes, shapes or contours can be used to apply direct and efficient heat without sacrificing dependability. Temperature controlling devices can be molded directly to the elements to provide precise system operation. Power requirements can be minimized and heat-up time optimized by applying heat directly to the part. Cool-down time is shortened and distributed wattages or multiple heater circuit designs are possible with Chromalox flexible heating elements.
