New York State Historic Resource Inventory Town of Brookhaven, Town of Oyster Bay, for the Society for the Preservation of Long Island Antiquities (SPLIA). Conducted in depth survey of historic structures as part of phased statewide Building Structure Inventory, including significance relevant to regional, local and thematic districts. Roslyn Height Historic District Nomination / Expansion Roslyn Heights, New York Generated comprehensive architectural survey and assessment of historic structures in proposed thematic district area. Nomination report and architectural history analysis of area resulted in approval of historic district with later expansion of district to over sixty-eight (68) structures. St. Paul's Burying Ground, National Historic Site Mt. Vernon, New York Responsible for designing and directing multi-phased conservation program for historic burial markers, including sequencing of work and budget planning. Pilot-Program Survey for Adaptive Reuse Suffolk County Legislature, New York Phase I survey of historic structures within County-wide parks for pilot program to facilitate potential adaptive-reuse through private-public partnerships, as alternate preservation process.
