Heads of terms

We play an active role in structuring the Heads and liaising with legal representatives on both sides of the deal. We will add value to the deal by ensuring the Heads are structured and worded to maximise your position.

Due diligence and data rooms

We ensure the buyer has access to updated and detailed information throughout the due diligence process. This ensures momentum is maintained and any potential ‘bottlenecks’ are avoided.

Legal process/completion

Either through our nominated legal service provider, or by working with your appointed legal advisers, we oversee and manage an effective closure to the sale process by facilitating the finalisation of the Share Purchase Agreement.
