Acquirer profile: APAC Group is one the UK’s largest importers and distributors of florist sundries and event decorations. The Group has an enviable client base including multiple blue-chip clients. Marketing strategy: A combination of IS Group’s over 40 years’ experience and reason for sale made the group an exciting opportunity for trade buyers. This formed much of the marketing strategy.
