3125 瀔水 Kushui

14th September 1949, mailed from Kushui (49.06.04), arrived in Taipei on 26th September; affixed with one 10 fen Hunan Basic stamp and one Domestic Unit stamp. The 15 fen total value was the domestic airmail postage. By September 1949, particularly all the airports in Hunan, Hupeh and Fukien were closed, yet these letters managed to arrive in Taiwan within two weeks.
