3151 C類例子- 遵守雲南郵局第一號通告 Mixed Franking Type C - In compliance with Yunnan Post Office Circular 1​ ​

Under Circular 1 on 9th February 1950, the Yunnan post office adopted RMB postage and allowed Silver Yuan to exchange to RMB at the rate RMB 6000 to Silver Yuan $1. In late February, the South West Regional Post Office in Chungking delivered to Yunnan a consignment of “Marching of People’s Liberation Army” stamps. On 21st March 1950 the Yunnan post offices invalidated Silver Yuan stamps and postage.​ 跟據該通告，雲南郵局從1950年2月9日起採用人民幣郵資，而銀元可以用1比6000兌換人民幣。二月底大量西南人民解放 軍郵票運扺雲南，從1950年3月21日雲南郵局取締銀元。​ ​ 17th February 1950 mailed from Kunming (49.12.09), 11th March transited via Chungking (49.11.30), 13th March arrived in Taichu, affixed with two Marching of PLA RMB 100, to make up RMB 200 together with one Revenue surcharged 50 fen which was converted into RMB 3000 according to Circular 1. The total value of RMB 3200 equalled to Domestic Registered postage.​ 1950年2月17日寄自昆明（49.12.090), 3月11 日經重慶（49.11.30) ,3月13日抵達大足（49.12.13), 上貼西南人民解放軍郵票100 元兩枚共值人民幣 200, 印花加蓋基數/銀元票50分 相等於人民幣 3000。兩組郵票總值人民幣3200, 相等國內掛號 郵資。​
