3152 C類例子 - 沒有遵守雲南郵高第一號通告 Mixed Franking Type C – Non-compliance with Yunnan Post Office Circular 1​ ​ 23rd February 1950 mailed from Mengtsz (49.12.09), 26th February arrived in Kunming (49.12.09); affixed with one East Szechwan 5 fen Silver Yuan. According to Circular 1, the 5 fen Silver Yuan should be converted into 300 RMB; also affixed with one RMB 100 Liberation stamp. The RMB 400 total value on cover comparing with the RMB 800 Domestic rate reflected a shortage of RMB 400. Accordingly this letter was handled as postage due and was franked with the “T” post mark.​ 1950年2月23寄自蒙自（49.12.09, 2月25日抵達 昆明（49.12.09) 上貼東川銀元5分一枚, 跟據第一號通告, 等於 人民幣 300. 另 貼西南解放軍郵票 人民幣100, 兩組郵票總值人民幣400元, 跟當時國內平信800人民幣比較短貼400人民幣。這信所以要以 欠資䖏理，因此郵局上蓋 “T ” 。​ HK$25,000 - 28,000
