3051 上杭廣東銀元解放後跨區沿用 Shanghang Post liberation usage of Kwangtung Silver Yuan ​

Although Canton had been the Kuomintang capital during late April to mid October 1949, its General Post Office did not provide other postal districts with Kwangtung Silver Yuan stamps. Their cross-district and post liberation usage are therefore rare and to date only four are recorded; all in Fukien. ​ 自四月底至十月中，廣州為國民政府首都，但廣州郵政總局，並沒有向其他地區提供廣東銀元郵票，因此廣東銀元票的 跨境實寄封罕見，而解放後沿用更是鳳毛麟角，至今只有四件記錄，全都是在福建使用。​ ​ Mailed on 27th October 1949 from Shanghang (49.09.10), 9th November transit via Lungyan (49.09.01), 17th November arrived in Shanghai (49.05.27): affixed with one Revenue surcharged 4 fen and one Kwangtung Silver Yuan 1 fen.
