Thermoplastische Schläuche und Fittings für die Kältetechnik Thermoplastic Hoses and Fittings for Refrigeration Systems

Thermoplastische KM-Schläuche mit Löt- und Bördelanschlüssen Thermoplastic refrigerant hoses with solder and flare connectors

Die elastomeren Schläuche der Nennweiten 1/4" bis 3/4" werden in kundenspezifischen Längen bis 20 m gefertigt. Elastomere Kältemittelleitungen sind leicht zu verlegen. Ein Abknicken führt nicht zur Beschädigung. Notwendig ist lediglich das Einhalten/Wiederherstellen des minimalen Biegeradius. The elastomeric hoses of nominal sizes 1/4" to 3/4" are manufactured in customer-specific lengths of up to 20 m. The hoses are evacuated or, if necessary, pre-filled with the appropriate refrigerant. Elastomeric refrigerant hoses are easy to install. Kinking does not lead to damage. All that is necessary is to maintain / restore the minimum bending radius.

Technisch-konstruktive Merkmale: Die Kältemittelschläuche [mit geschlossenzelliger Isolierung] auf Polyethylenbasis erfüllen die Forderungen der DIN EN 378-2 Pkt. 5.3.1.4 e) Elastomere. Die Schläuche sind nach SAE-J3062 gefertigt und erfüllen die Anforderungen des Standards SAE-J2064. Der Sperrschicht besteht aus Polyamid und der Druckträger aus Polyestergarn (PET). Die Ummantelung ist aus abrieb- und wetterbeständigem synthetischen Kautschuk (EPDM) gefertigt. Insgesamt gewährleisten 7 Schichten die Funktionalität, die geforderte Permeabilität und Feuchtigkeitseintrittsrate. Die Leitungen wurden den Prüfungen gemäß DIN EN 372-2 Pkt. 5.3.2 unterzogen. Die Isolierung ist mit einer widerstandsfähigen, UV-stabilen Hülle ummantelt. Abmessungen und Toleranzen entsprechen der EN 14313:2015, Tabelle 1 und 2. Das Brandverhalten entspricht der Euroklasse, B L -s1, d0 (schwer entflammbar), klassifiziert gemäß EN 13501-1.

Technical and constructive features: The refrigerant hoses [with closed-cell insulation] based on polyethylene meet the requirements of DIN EN 378-2 point 5.3.1.4 e) Elastomers. The hoses are manufactured according to SAE-J3062 and meet the requirements of the SAE-J2064 standard. The barrier layer is made of polyamide and the print carrier is made of polyester yarn (PET). The cover is made of abrasion and weather-resistant synthetic rubber (EPDM). A total of 7 layers ensure functionality, the required permeability and moisture penetration rate. The hoses were subjected to the tests in accordance with DIN EN 372-2 point 5.3.2. The insulation is covered with a resistant, UV-stable cover. Dimensions and tolerances correspond to EN 14313: 2015, tables 1 and 2. The fire behavior corresponds to the Euroclass, B L -s1, d0 (hardly inflammable), classified according to EN 13501-1.

Thermoplastische Kältemittelleitungen haben einen größeren Biegeradius als vergleichbare Schläuche aus elastomerem Material, weisen aber wesentlich geringere Permeabilitäten auf. Ein wesentlicher Vorteil gegenüber Leitungen aus Kupferrohr besteht darin, dass ein versehentliches Abknicken nicht zur Beschädigung der Leitungen führt. Ein Abknicken kann leicht durch Einhalten der minimalen Biegeradien ohne Beschädigungen des Materials korrigiert werden. Der Vorteil gegenüber elastomeren Schläuchen besteht in der großen Medienverträglichkeit gegenüber Kältemitteln und Kältemaschinenölen sowie der sehr geringen Permeabilität. Thermoplastische Schläuche ohne Anschlussarmaturen werden vor allem eingesetzt, wenn eine dauerhafte und langfristige Verbindung der Komponenten erwartet wird und professionelles Equipment am Montageort ohne hohen Aufwand zur Verfügung gestellt werden kann. Thermoplastic refrigerant hoses have a larger bending radius than comparable hoses made of elastomeric material, but have much lower permeabilities. A significant advantage over pipes made of copper pipes is that inadvertant kinking will not damage the hoses. Kinking can be easily corrected by maintaining the minimum bending radii without damaging the material. The advantage over elastomeric hoses is the high media compatibility with refrigerants and refrigeration oils as well as the very low permeability. Thermoplastic hoses without companion valves are mainly used when a permanent and long-term connection of the components is expected and professional equipment can be made available at the installation site without great effort.
