E XEMPLARY D AMAGES

Various conduct that satisfies definition of trafficking of persons under chap ter 20A of Texas Penal Code. As appropriate, the question should include one or more of the following subparts: 1. transport another person by any means with the intent that the person engage in forced labor or services; or 2. receive a benefit from participating in a venture that involves an activity described in element 1, including by receiving labor or services Don Davis knows are forced labor or services; or 3. transport another person by any means and, through force, fraud, or coercion, cause the person to engage in— a. prostitution; or b. promotion of prostitution or online promotion of prostitution; or c. aggravated promotion of prostitution or aggravated online promotion of prostitution; or d. compelling prostitution; or 4. receive a benefit from participating in a venture that involves an activity described in element 3 or engage in sexual conduct with a person transported in the manner described in ele ment 3; or 5. transport a child by any means with the intent that the child engage in forced labor or services; or 6. receive a benefit from participating in a venture that involves an activity described in element 5, including by receiving labor or services Don Davis knows are forced labor or services; or 7. transport a child by any means and by any means cause the child to engage in, or become the victim of— a. continuous sexual abuse of a young child; or b. indecency with a child; or c. sexual assault; or d. aggravated sexual assault; or e. prostitution or solicitation of prostitution; or
