Work process 1.7 Deals with crisis situations and unforeseen situations

Assignment 1 Take action in an unforeseen or crisis situation: direct colleagues and call in assistance from experts in good time. A situation like this may occur in the somatic area or in the behavioural area. Assignment 2 Describe the quality of your actions by discussing the choices you have made with colleagues in a manner that is customary in the institution. Involve the procedures and legislation that applied in this situation. Discuss how you dealt with your feelings and the possible alternatives for your behaviour. Provide a written account of this discussion. Result You have dealt with a crisis situation or unforeseen situation in a professional manner. You have adhered to applicable procedures and regulations.
