No. 128/1954) will come into operation on 1st July, 1954. It amends the Land Registration Fee Order 1944 by substituting a new scale o f fees for those set forth in Part IV of the Schedule to the 1944 Order. The new Order also prescribes standard fees for certified copies of plans o f lands, for recertifying and re-issuing certificates of title and for re-issuing a Land Certificate to include additional lands not previously included therein. OBITUARY. M r . W illiam J ames H unter , Solicitor, died on the 10th January, 1954. Mr. Hunter served his apprenticeship with the late Mr. Francis Joseph Bigger, Solicitor, was admitted in Michaelmas Sittings, 1903 and practised at 52 Upper Arthur Street, Belfast. M r . J oseph I. D onaghy , Solicitor, died on the 14th January, 1954. Mr. Donaghy served his apprenticeship with the late Mr. John Harbinson, Solicitor, was admitted in Michaelmas Sittings, 1892 and practised at 142 Royal Avenue, Belfast. M r . W illiam L ew is , Solicitor, died on the 17th January, 1954. Mr. Lewis served his apprenticeship with the late Mr. John P. Stott, Solicitor, and was admitted in Hilary Sittings, 1900. M r . H ugh G raham , Solicitor, died on the 1st March, 1954. Mr. Graham served his apprenticeship with his father, the late Mr. William Graham, Solicitor, was admitted in Michaelmas Sittings, 1897 and practised at Newtownards. 1 7
