BJ at six years old is the oldest horse we are offering at the sale. He was started as a three year

old then turned out to pasture and used as a stud up until last year. He’s not as far along in his

education as other horses his age. Because of his lack of training he’s been ridden mostly by staff.

BJ is quiet, gentle, and stout. We have drug and tagged calves out in the pasture on him. BJ does

have scar tissue on his front leg from getting it caught in a gate this summer, but has been

completely sound. We will have a complete examination of his injury done by a vet before the sale.

Smoky is a three year old that is being offered in this years sale. She is cowy and athletic,

has been ridden by several different students and staff members and everyone has gotten

along with her. Peterson is the student riding her now, for having come to Colt Class

later in the program he’s another student who has excelled and matured as a person. This

intensely bred Cutter Bill mare will make a tremendous broodmare.
