Also on display will be the CenterScan 2010 gauge to accurately and reliably measure the insulation diameter and conductor eccentricity of wire and cable. This gauge is engineered with a set of features to help manufacturers maximise product quality and reduce production scrap. The CenterScan 2010 performs eccen- tricity, diameter and flaw detection measurements in one gauge head. The gauge is compact for installation versatility and easily integrates into production environments with built-in flexible communications. Enkotec Stand: 1B37

Enkotec will focus on its ENKOnail series of nail manufacturing machines, intended for small and midsize capacity needs. These machine models include the MM01 producing large nails of ø2.8-4.2mm and 60-103mm lengths at a speed of 850 nails per minute.

CM Caballé Stand: 1D03

With over 70 years of experience in the design and manufacture of rotating machinery for the production of power and telecommunication cables as well as steel ropes, the Spanish company CM Caballé provides the cable industry with a wide array of stranding, twinning, bunching and cabling machinery.

Another ENKOnail machine is the MI01, producing 1,000 nails per minute at ø2-3.8mm and 50-90mm lengths. The machines are based on the well-known Enkotec rotary forming principle making it possible to manufacture high-quality nails at a high speed and with low running costs.
