Summer Departure List:

When leaving for the summer, please keep in mind the following items prior to your departure:  Call the POA Office to schedule a meeting with your landscape supervisor to review any special landscape maintenance needs you may have while away this summer.  Leave an emergency telephone number and the phone number of your house watch person with Security and the POA Office.  Make Sure all doors and windows are looked and the security alarm is set.  Secure patio furniture and all moveable items in the garage.  If the electricity is turned off to the refrigerator, prop the door open and turn the ice maker wa- ter valve off.  Leave the air conditioning on to avoid mildew and corrosion.  Turn off the water supply to the washer and dis- connect washing machine hoses.  Unplug the water supply to the washer and the circulating pump.  Leave a forwarding address with the post office.  Discontinue newspaper service.
