Mini-Circuits’ Reflectionless Low Pass Filter, DC to 6000MHz Mini-Circuits’ XLF-14+ is a reflectionless low pass filter with a passband from DC to 10000MHz and stopband from 15800 to 24200MHz. The filter provides 1.6dB passband insertion loss, 1.3:1 passband VSWR, 16dB stop band rejection, and 1.3:1 stopband VSWR. It can handle RF input power up to 2W in the passband and 0.5W in the stopband. Fabricated using IPD process technology on GaAs, the filter comes housed in a tiny 3x3mm QFN package. Mini-Circuits’ X-series of reflectionless filters employs a novel filter topology which absorbs and terminates stopband signals internally rather than reflecting them back to the source. This new capability enables unique applications for filter circuits beyond those suited to traditional approaches. Reflectionless filters eliminate stopband signal

Mini-Circuits’ Ceramic MMIC Amplifier for Hi-Rel Applications from DC to 7GHz Mini-Circuits’ CMA-84+ is a ceramic, hermetically sealed MMIC amplifier covering a wide variety of hi-rel applications from DC to 7 GHz including defense systems, space flights and more. This model provides +38 dBm OIP3, +21 dBm P1dB and 24 dB gain with minimal gain variation versus temperature. The amplifier operates on a single +5V supply with 108mA typical current consumption and comes in a tiny, low profile ceramic case (0.12 x 0.12 x 0.045”). CMA-series amplifiers are fabricated using InGaP HBT process technology on GaAs bonded to a multilayer integrated LTCC substrate and hermetically sealed in a controlled Nitrogen atmosphere. All CMA models have been tested to meet MIL requirements for thermal shock, vibration, mechanical shock, and more to deliver reliable performance in the harshest
