MELA Meeting Minutes 2003 - 2017

Snapshot uploads continue three times a day and we will continue that schedule. Each college was asked to make sure that the IT people on each campus are aware of the change. There was a short discussion of Dashboard. The advice of Stacey is that Dashboard is working better and is more reliable right now than Course Statistics.

Blackboard is in the process of completing integration of the identity manager with Backpack.

Terry then reported of the large increase in calls and hits to Presidium. We need to work with them on questions (unique to each college) and understanding roles of hosts and providers. We hope to have someone from Presidium meet with us soon.

The next DLC meeting was scheduled for 6 p.m. on Thursday afternoon at the Creating Futures meeting.

The enrollment tool updates are available on server 172.30.24.15/enrollment for DLC’s to test.
