Call to order. The meeting was called to order at 10:05a.m.

II.

Approval of Agenda. a. The agenda was approved as presented. b. Approval of October 2008 Minutes. Audra Leverton made the motion to approve the minutes as presented. Michelle Mitchell seconded the motion. The October minutes were approved. Unfinished Business. a. Enrollment Tool Request – Chris Square. The following requests have already been approved by the association for recommended changes; however, the information needed to be provided to Ive along with screenshots. Chris provided the group with the recommended screen shots. The first request made was to change the withdrawal notice to ask that students contact their course instructor rather than the Distance Learning Coordinator. The second request was that the listing of students who have taken the course evaluation to be removed from the instructors view and to add the course evaluation option to the instructor role. After much discussion, the group felt that the listing of what students had completed the course
