during this release. It does fix some of the gradebook problems that we’ve been experiencing. The groups concerns are that we have downtime during December, but are not in our offices to fix issues. We also have several events to take place when we return from our Christmas break in preparation for the spring semester. The few weeks between the spring/summer semester is better for our offices. There are three pages of problems with this upgrade. They are expecting 48 hours of downtime and another two days to conduct QA.

VI. E-Learning Training Group Update – Terry Pollard. They have been working on the agenda for CFTTC.

VII. Strategic Planning Breakout Sessions (15 minutes) – Tasks at boot camp to update the strategic plan, goals, objectives, etc. minutes are included under the committee reports, item IX. Each group should provide their handouts to Jennifer for compilation.

Open Forum a. Christian asked that those that are attending the collaboration meeting meet with him at 9:30a.m. to discuss additions to the agenda, etc. MPE, MDE, and six of the eight universities will be present. b. The grade window will become available on Monday, December 1 st . He will turn the grading window off on Monday, December 8 th at noon. The grading window will need to be re-opened for the short-term courses that end on Friday, December 12 th .
