group is in consensus that we will not be moving these dates up. On that same note we have that all classes are to be built by March 23, which is one week prior to pre-registration dates. Registration begins on March 30 th . Wade has been completing data cleanup of the system. Some of these were manual users that Holmes created, but didn’t include the 206 numbers. If you make a new manual user for training you will need to begin with your school number of school name. Wade will contact you if he needs to complete a cleanup for your institution. He will not just delete those users. Open Forum a. Policies and Procedures is almost complete. They are waiting on one committee to submit final information. As soon as this information is received, they will have the final approved copy. b. Jennifer asked that we start getting agenda items out earlier. She is requesting agenda items when the minutes from the previous month are emailed; however, she is not receiving replies until a day or two before the meeting. Other groups would like to send representatives to our meetings, but they do not necessarily need to stay the entire time. We would like to be able to provide them with the agenda early so that they know what time spots that they should attend. We would like to accommodate as many people as possible since we are moving from Distance Learning to eLearning.
