CALL TO ORDER. The meeting was called to order at 10:04a.m.

II.

APPROVAL OF AGENDA. a. The agenda was approved as presented.

III.

APPROVAL OF February 2009 MINUTES. a. Audra Leverton made motion to accept. Bruce Ingram seconded the motion. Minutes were approved as presented

IV.

STRATEGIC PLANNING BREAKOUT SESSIONS (15 Minutes).

V. OLD BUSINESS. Tish spent the time to review the previous DLC minutes and pulled out all information that was incomplete.

a. PERCEPTIS – Do we want to look at their client base for referrals? They stated that we could contact any of their clients. At this time, we are not looking at additional support desks. b. ADA Accommodation Requests. Holmes’ ADA Special Populations Coordinator states that they are required to contact the other school’s ADA Coordinator. Tish stated that this really affects our proctors, so that the student can have extended test times. We have not addressed this in
