CALL TO ORDER. The meeting was called to order at 10:10a.m.

APPROVAL OF AGENDA. a.Agenda approved with the following additions: (1) Item IV. c. vi. Work Load – Christian Pruett, (2) Item IV.c. vii. Spreadsheet on Evaluations – Christian Pruett, (3) Item IV. d. Instructor of the Year – Christian Pruett APPROVAL OF JUNE 2009 MINUTES. a. There were repeated sentences on page 5, in the first paragraph. Remove the additional sentence, “he would also like to see the compilation average automatically.” b. Tish Stewart made the motion to approve the minutes; Phyllis Johnson seconded the motion. c. Jackie Bailey-Hall would like to introduce Cassandra Atley from MDCC. She is here to learn from and work closely with Distance Learning. OLD BUSINESS a. Enrollment Tool Roles – Jennifer Leimer. We need to review the current roles that we have and consolidate the necessary roles in the ET before we add additional roles to the enrollment tool. Audra did a wonderful job a couple of year ago and created a spreadsheet with each of the roles. Ive stated that he could get us a list of roles and what tools those roles have; however, the
