Christian added that one of the things that we did with the guided discussion is that we come to these meetings and provide input to the association. This is one reason why we developed a mission statement for running these meetings. Christian stated that we are at the top of our game with online learning across the institutions. We need to come together as a group, make decisions, and walk out of these meeting stronger. It is important to share your feelings with the group and/or individuals.

Open Forum. a. Holly requested that we set the deadline for grades due until the Monday at noon, following the end of the semester. That would be Monday, December 7 th at noon for the fall 2009 semester. She has had the problem of away college instructors changing grades after she has already entered the grades into her student information system. Christian will ensure that the grade window is closed on Monday, December 7 th at noon. b. Jennifer requested that Christian purge fall proctored exam passwords from the enrollment tool prior to the start of the term. c. Buffy has had several faculty contact her for the Respondus password. They are receiving a message that the old password is expired. Christian will email the group with the Respondus license renewal information. FUTURE MEETINGS a. Thursday, September 10, 2009 (WIMBA) – 9:00a.m. Committee Breakouts; 10:00a.m. DLC Meeting. You will have separate rooms for each committee and you will need to log out and log into the DLC meeting room. b. Monday, October 5, 2009 – Wednesday, October 7, 2009 – DLC Boot Camp c. Thursday, November 5, 2009 – SBCJC d. December – No meeting
