CALL TO ORDER. The meeting was called to order at 10:09a.m.

APPROVAL OF AGENDA. a. The following items were added to the agenda: V.d. Enrollment Tool Time Stamp – Michelle Mitchell, V.e. Administrative Team Issues, and V.f. Office Nominations and Elections. b. Phyllis Johnson made the motion to approve the agenda; Bruce Ingram seconded the motion. APPROVAL OF JUNE 2009 MINUTES. a. Holly Melvin made the motion to approve the August minutes; Diann Nichols seconded the motion. OLD BUSINESS a. Boot Camp – Tish Stewart. Christian has gone above and beyond his call of duty in the planning of this workshop. We want to ensure that the boot camp is viable, fun, and productive for all of those in attendance. Boot Camp will begin on Monday, October 5 th at 1:00p.m. That afternoon will include presentations from Presidium, a roundtable discussion on Quality, a Fun Session, and our DLC meeting that evening. Tuesday, October 6 th we will begin at 7:30a.m. We will have presentations on Smartthinking, Blackboard 9 Preview and Hot Features, the Day in the Life of a DLC, Wimba, a fun session on personality, and the evening dinner cruise.
