I. CALL TO ORDER. The meeting was called to order at 4:30pm by President Tish Stewart. (Wimba facilitator Vice-President Jennifer Powell)

II.

APPROVAL OF AGENDA. a. The following items were added to the agenda: Standardized Buttons for Blackboard(New Business) (Tish thanked Jennifer Leimer and Buffy Matthews for their outstanding contribution to the DLC Association. She also asked for the DLCs to be patient in the transition to her becoming President and LaMetrius (myself) being the secretary.

b. Holly Melvin made the motion to approve the agenda; Audra Leverton seconded the motion.

III.

APPROVAL OF September 2009 MINUTES. a. Buffy had the word June instead of August in the minutes for September, which was corrected by Tish Stewart. No other changes were made to September minutes. b. Jennifer Leimer made the motion to approve the September minutes; Audra Leverton seconds the motion.
