b. The Channelmatter consultant group will begin building a SharePoint version of Outcomes. The four pilot colleges using SharePoint are ICC, PRCC, Holmes, and EMCC.

c. Christian has been negotiating the Blackboard contract. He feels like we will get a better offer for the LMS. They are still discussing outcomes.

d. Problems with MELO. The problem is that when we built the site some of the external IP addresses were not matching up properly. The problem appears to occur in off-campus use, rather than on-campus use. Please remember that students have 24/7 help using QuestionPoint for library use.

Learning Circle a. Lilly Land – MDCC – Ms. Land provided a handout of Wimba Classroom videos provided via YouTube – Wimba Classroom: 7 Core Skills for New Presenters. She will email the digital copies to Terry for distribution. Open Forum a. Holly Melvin stated that Tim David will be conducting an Apple workshop on how to build and customize applications, etc. May 12 th at NWMCC if you are interested. This will be free training . They are also offering an Apple Suite training in July. Contact Holly for more information.
