I. Call to Order. The meeting was called to order at 4:18 p.m.

II. Approval of Agenda. The following items were added to the agenda under open forum: a)short-term courses date for Fall 2012, b) export, import, and course copy features, c)D2L upgrade, d) Blackboard snapshot webinar, and e) standardized buttons.

Audra Leverton made the motion to accept agenda; Buffy Matthews seconded the motion. Motion carried.

III.

Approval of August 2011 Minutes.

Jennifer Leimer made the motion to accept agenda; Audra Leverton seconded the motion. Motion carried.

IV.

Unfinished Business a. Policies & Procedures Manual Updates from October 2010. Buffy Matthews wanted to make everyone aware that the changes that were discussed at the October 2010 meeting was not changed in the new Policy & Procedure manual. The following changes were discussed:
