I. Call to Order. The meeting was called to order at 10:45 a.m.

Approval of Agenda.

Jennifer Leimer made the motion to accept agenda; Vanessa Alexander seconded the motion. Motion carried.

III.

Approval of May 2012 Minutes.

Jennifer Leimer made the motion to accept minutes; Holly Melvin seconded the motion. Motion carried.

IV.

Unfinished Business a. ET change to maintain data from each semester (example Fall 2010, 2011, 2012) without having to clear the information. There is confusion about if we make the change to the Enrollment Tool, if the ELCs will have to rebuild courses each semester or whether the courses can be rolled over from term to term.
