Open Forum

a. Canvas Topics. i. Trust: The Trust is still being tested. The majority of the issues have been that users or sections do not exist. ii. There have been modules, pages, and syllabus disappearing in the classes. Also modules have been duplicating. iii. Akiah is going to request that Kevin sends us a daily report letting us know when issues have been fixed so that the ELCs can test immediately. iv. Also if a student is taking a course through another college, the global navigation changes to that particular college’s global navigation bar. Also when the students logout of Canvas, they will see that college’s login page. Akiah is going to contact Canvas about the issues. v. The group has requested that it would be great when someone is masquerading as the student that it shows who has masqueraded as the student. We will need to have an agreement within the group that we will not compromise the students’ information or assignments. Dates a. The next ELC Meeting will be held on June 27, 2013 at 10 a.m. A location is to be determined, possibly online.
