Wishlist Updates a. Chris has communicated with the Support Committee, and will work with Ive to make sure all previous ET Wishlist items (that can be completed) are complete by mid-January. After that, there will be a Google Form for all future Wish List items. Chris will manage the Google Form and the future WIshlist process.

Unfinished Business a. Jennifer Leimer, Quality Committee Chair

i. MSVCC Instructor of the Year (IOY) Process 1. Previously there were complaints from CAOs about raw responses and the

cumbersome IOY process. The Quality Committee has identified some changes that can be made to the MSVCC Instructor of the Year process. a. Recommended Changes:

i. In the past, colleges could nominate 3 instructors. The Quality Committee now asks that colleges nominate 1 instructor using a new online Google Form. 1. Colleges can accept local nominations through any process they would like, but can only nominate 1 instructor for IOY. ii. The CAOs will follow the same rotation as usual; however, there will be an electronic rubric to rank nominations. The MSVCC division would then look at the top 5 nominees to see which instructor meets the criteria the best and pick the final selection. b. The Quality Committee makes the recommendation. Michele Mitchell seconded. i. Further Discussion:

1. Keri recommended that the CELOs from the 5 schools in the regular rotation schedule for examining the IOY nominations be involved in the MSVCC voting process. Brooke recommended that this be a face-to-face meeting, rather than an online meeting

c. CELO nominations will be due on January 13, 2017; CAO rankings will be due on February 1, 2017; MCCB selection will be complete by February 10, 2017 d. Brooke Doggett asked that professional headshots be provided for each nomination. e. Nominees will participate in a panel discussion one day at the Creating Futures Through Technology Conference (March 1-3). f. The top 15 IOY nominations will be recognized at the CFTTC lunch, and the final IOY selection will receive $1,000 and an award.
