(Tish Stewart wants a request for filtering by school on pulled course grades. Discussion of old wishlists occurs to compare old to new. Requests made for updated ET Feature Requests need to be resubmitted by requestors and will go straight to Ive since they have already been voted on in previous meetings.)

VII. Open Forum

a) Limited use of the Enrollment Tool-Alicia Shows

No benefit of using the ET for SW students taking SW classes. Audit comes from SW SIS for those students. SW wants to put all OL classes out in ET but only enroll students for sharing in other classes. SW never closes or cancels a class.

Issues – Not knowing if class is going to make because numbers won’t reflect provider enrollment. Potential loss of data and reporting capabilities within ET because numbers won’t be reflected.

Debate of P&P working regarding participation and why SW can’t change what they do.

Request for addition of user file import to ET. Possible enrollment import, as well.

Jennifer Leimer recommends forming a committee to research and evaluate the repercussions of changing how the ET/MSVCC would be impacted by a change in operations. Funding, etc. Keri Cole
