C. Brooke Doggett

1) Introduce Lynne Oliver – Welcome, Lynne! Excited to work with you!

2) Academy Spring Schedule – Schedule is ready and QM will be added pending ITS approval. Brooke has spoken with ITS regarding the need for QM approval. Contract is still in the queue. Schools with existing QM contracts: Brooke will need to speak with you regarding payment since renewal is coming up. 3) TEO Participation – Both of the new TEO’s are doing great. There are many good testimonials from users. One Small Issue: Instructor did not realize that the course had to be completed within the 5 week time frame. Please ensure that work can be completed early, but TEO is strict on deadlines and due dates, pending extreme circumstances.

4) IOY Survey – Please complete the survey to submit IOY recommendation. Quality Committee has met, and the IOY process will continue to evolve and improve.
