III. Board Meeting Sponsorship

Four times a year, WBASNY holds Statewide Board of Directors Meetings. Those in attendance at the Board meetings include WBASNY’s Board of Directors (consisting of over 150 members) and numerous legal community dignitaries. Your board meeting sponsorship will defray the cost of breakfast, lunch, committee and board meetings and other site expenses.

Breakfast - $500 / Lunch - $500 / Board Meeting - $500

Sponsorship of breakfast, lunch or the Board meeting includes:

� Opportunity for sponsor representative to address the Board of Directors for five minutes � Table space at registration to showcase your company � Ability to network with attendees and market your organization before and after the meeting � Marketing materials, such as flyers, brochures, pens etc. may be distributed to attendees � Sponsorship acknowledgement at the meeting

Committee Meeting ($50 each meeting)

Sponsorship of one of the numerous Committee meetings includes signage acknowledging the sponsor at the sponsored committee meetings.

Marketing Materials ($250)

Each attendee at the Board of Directors Meeting receives an information packet. Marketing material may be included in each attendee’s packet. Sponsors may include flyers, brochures, pens etc. in the packet.
