Lisa Tinsley is currently a Director of NMLS Business Services at the Conference of State Bank Supervisors (CSBS). Ms. Tinsley, along with other members of the Business Services Team works with state and federal regulatory stakeholders, as well as industry licensees and advisory groups, to create policies and practices that direct NMLS. Prior to joining CSBS, Ms. Tinsley spent ten years as a Maryland State Regulator with the Department of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation. During her tenure there, she worked in several units including; Licensing, Banking, and Non-Depository Operations. Ms. Tinsley has a Law Degree from the University of Baltimore, School of Law and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Salisbury University.
