The biggest centipede yet!

M any fans will no doubt agree that the highlight of The Human Centipede II (Full Sequence) is the silent performance by diminutive British actor Laurence R. Harvey as Martin, the disturbed London car park attendant determined to create his own 12-person human centipede after becoming obsessed with the original film. “My agent thought it was a porn film because the website said ‘Adult Entertainment Amsterdam’, so he turned it down,” Harvey tells STACK . “But at least he rang me and told me about it. I asked him what the title was and he said, ‘ The Human Centipede II’ , and I said ‘ring them back, I want to do the audition’, because I’d heard about the first Human Centipede which was still playing on the festival circuit at the time. Monster Fest, Australia’s premiere cult film festival, is about to attack Melbourne and Brisbane on a weekly basis! Melbourne’s brand new Lido Cinema in Hawthorn and the revamped New Farm Cinema in Brisbane will be home to Friday Fright Night – a weekly program showcasing some of the latest and greatest in cult and horror cinema (including world and local premieres), all-time classics and rarities.
