Have a ball at the Corn Exchange

Win five family tickets to Cinderella

EXPECT mischief, mayhem and plenty of silliness in the Corn Exchange’s highly anticipated 2016 pantomime – Cinderella. It’s November and there’s a magical twinkle in the air. For twice, even three times a day, over the festive period, crowds of excited children (and their adults) will descend upon the Corn Exchange to laugh, boo, hiss, cheer and sing along to this year’s pantomime, Cinderell a. Running from November 25 to December 31, the Corn Exchange will be transformed this festive season into the magical and faraway land of Newbury Bottom, full of adventure. Poor old Cinders slaves away all day clearing up after her horrid sisters. But with a sprinkling of fairy dust and a particularly large pumpkin, her luck is about to change. Will the hunky Prince Charming fall head over heels? And will Cinderella make it home by the time the clock strikes midnight? Cinderella comes from award- winning writer and director, Phil Willmott, whose smash-hit extravaganza, Dick Whittington , played to a record audience of more than 22,500 last year. So get ready to have a ball as we join Cinderella, her Fairy Godmother, beloved Buttons, Prince Charming and the Ugly Sisters – along with a host of hilarious new characters. This ever-popular pantomime has become a fun-filled tradition for the families of Newbury and beyond. So join us to follow Cinderella’s adventures for a truly sparkling
